About Us

Berkshire Primary Care Ltd (BPC Ltd) is a GP Federation which consists of all 13 practices within Bracknell and Ascot Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). GP Federations are a way for member practices to work collaboratively to improve the services they are able to offer to patients and to strengthen the role of primary care within the wider NHS. Ultimately the aim is to build a stronger primary care locally, whilst working closely with our primary and secondary care partners, and to make general practice more sustainable and stronger for the future enabling the high level of patient care to continue in our practices.

We are proud to be the chosen provider delivering the Extended Hours primary care services for Bracknell and Ascot CCG covering 143,000 patients. In addition to delivering core services we are bringing new and innovative approaches to remote INR monitoring, NHS health checks and screening for atrial fibrillation. We work closely with CCGs, primary care and secondary care partners to deliver innovative, sustainable and high-quality services. Where possible we always aim to use new technologies and innovation to improve service delivery.

We believe that sustainability of our services is essential for us, our practices and our healthcare partners. We strive to consistently provide a high quality service for our patients.
