All appointments must be booked via your normal GP practice.
There are no walk-in appointments. These appointments are only pre-bookable for planned care.
For any urgent needs outside of hours please contact NHS 111 by dialing 111.
If you wish to cancel a pre-booked appointment with this service please contact your normal GP practice who can do this on your behalf, or reply cancel to your appointment reminder text.
If you have a problem on the day of your appointment during opening hours you can contact the receptionist on 01344 233300 to inform them when you can attend or if you wish to cancel.

I would just like to say what an excellent and convenient service this is. My appointment with the Health Care Assistant was efficient and friendly. I very much hope this service continues to be available for many years to come – I dread to think, and fear, how long the wait for a blood test appointment might be without it. Thank you.
With all the criticism the NHS is under, it is very nice to know that there is an out of hours service that can cater for people who can’t make it in the day. I wanted to say a big thank you as it was quicker than if had I gone to the practice in the day and the staff were very helpful.
Excellent service, seen much quicker than own GP and as I work shifts the appointment time was more convenient.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspected the Extended Hours Primary Care Service in February 2018 and rated us as "Good".
