About Berkshire Primary Care
Berkshire Primary Care is a GP Federation located in Berkshire, with the GP Practices of Bracknell and Ascot as our shareholders. Since our incorporation in 2015 we have grown organically, developing a range of innovative, successful and award-winning services to support local primary care and our patient population.
We are proud to be the Employer of choice for both Bracknell & District PCN and Ascot PCN and to deliver services on their behalf. We are also now a key provider and partner for the Frimley Integrated Care System and are involved in the transformation of the new integrated structures. Through our ethos of ‘people first, innovative solutions and sustainable services’ we are delivering services at an appropriate scale and are enabling general practice and primary care to flourish.

CEO and Medical Director
I am a Co-Founder, CEO and Medical Director of Berkshire Primary Care. Alongside this, I have been a GP Partner at Magnolia House Surgery, Sunninghill, since 2005 and I am the Clinical Director for the Ascot Primary Care Network. I am also a GP Endoscopist at Heatherwood Hospital in the Frimley GI Team and Medical Officer for Papplewick School. My speciality clinical portfolio includes Gastroenterology, Nutrition and Functional GI disorders such as IBS alongside Minor Surgery and Cardiology.
Kirstine Hall
Finance Director
I am a founding director of Berkshire Primary Care and the Finance Director. I have extensive experience in the public and private sectors with more than 10 years in primary care. I have been a member of the board since the beginning, providing strategic insight, and with responsibility for the financial, contract and project for the business.
Helen Snowden
Operations Director
As the Operations Director for Berkshire Primary Care, I have the perfect role to fulfil my passion for improving the patient's experience of our ever-changing NHS! I have worked in primary care for over 20 years in roles encompassing management, quality improvement and implementing change. I enjoy taking a hands-on approach to streamlining processes, and designing and managing high quality services to meet the health needs of our patient population.
